One-touch keystroke efficiency
is accommodated with as many as 99 convenient macro commands, providing
straight- forward, user-friendly key sequences.
On-screen quick reference listings are provided with menu look-up displays, including lists for items such as PLUs, destinations, discounts, coupons, and tax-shifts for easy access. Lead-through entry prompts for required temperatures, side orders, and additional instructions are enabled by the automatic modifier display, to facilitate ease of order entry and avoid delays in prep time. Versatile steering capability allows relay from the workstation to assigned printers and/or video monitors, to help reduce time needed for verbal communciation. Pre-assigned steering can be changed easily with the redirect keys, to help improve special order expediting. Highlighted preparation instructions are provided with two-color and reverse-image print options, for fast and precise communication to help improve the efficiency, accuracy and speed of order preparation. Simplified expediting of phone-in orders can be achieved by using the customer phone number as the check number to enhance service speed, and save on paper cost! The automatic price add-on feature accounts for menu item base price, plus the cost for 'extras' ordered, and adjusts to reflect a single, inclusive price on a clean customer receipt. Guest check transfer flexibility allows your servers to, for example, move a guest tab from the bar to the dining room, to eliminate the inconvenience of customer cash-out. Seperate and combined checks can be provided for a single person or a combination of guests at the table for efficiency and customer convenience. |
